He was Co-Founder and Vice-Director of the German National Association of Mounted Archery ("Die Steppenreiter e.V.") in 2006. He has been a horseback archer as well as a referee and organizer of Mounted Archery Competitions since 2003, and is on the Organization Committee of the EOCHA since 2008.
